Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Player Application
Application Fee: The $25 application fee is refunded if a player is not accepted. If accepted but the player does not register, the fee is non-refundable. If registered, the fee is applied to total program costs and is subject to refund rules below. Game Wear Fee: The $125 gamewear fee, charged upon acceptance, is refundable if withdrawal occurs before January 20, 2026. Non-refundable after January 23, 2026, due to production commencement. Tournament Fees: Full refund (minus $25 application fee) for any reason if withdrawal is requested by November 30, 2025. 50% refund of tournament fees ($385 per tournament) for any reason if withdrawal is requested between December 1, 2025, and January 31, 2026. No refunds for withdrawals after January 31, 2026, except for documented medical injuries. Medical Withdrawals: Players withdrawing due to a documented medical injury (physician’s note required) receive a full refund of tournament fees, minus: $25 application fee (all cases). $125 gamewear fee if withdrawal occurs after January 20, 2026. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of injury to info@evoelitehockey.com. Program Cancellation: If EVO Elite cancels the program or a tournament due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., rink closures), a full refund will be issued, including application and gamewear fees. Refunds processed within 30 days of cancellation notice. Process: Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@evoelitehockey.com, including player name, reason, and payment details.
