EVO ELITE

EVO Elite Hockey is a youth hockey organization focused on providing elite training and competitive opportunities for young athletes. Our spring/summer program targets players seeking to elevate their skills, compete at a high level, and build connections within the hockey community. 

Coaching Directors

Jordan French

Jordan French, a native of Dallas, Texas has 20 years of coaching and skill training experience. He is a professional skills coach to current NHL, College, Major Junior, and Youth Hockey players. Jordan launched the Nashville Mavericks Mite Development Program in 2019 and, since 2021, he has also served as the Music City Marauders Hockey Director & Head Coach. Prior to that, Jordan was the hockey director and a head coach the Nashville Jr Predators Tier 1/Tier 2 as well as a the AAA Skills coach for the Dallas Stars Elite. Jordan lives in the Greater Nashville area with his son Ryder.

Harlan Pratt

Harlan Pratt, A native of Fort McMurray, Alberta, Canada, Pratt grew up playing hockey in Canada. At 20, Harlan started his extensive and successful professional hockey career playing for 15 years, 900 games in leagues across North America and Europe. In the 1997 NHL Entry Draft, Pratt was picked #124 overall in the fifth round by the Pittsburgh Penguins. Upon retirement in 2013, Harlan settled in the US and began giving back to youth hockey as a skills and development coach, working with beginners and the elite D1-level athletes. He coached with the Nashville Jr Predators AAA organization and TPH Hockey Academy in Tennessee, as well as the owner/operator of 414 Performance, specializing in elite development. Harlan and his wife Jules reside in the Mid Valley area, along with his son Hudson and daughter Quinn. 

Barrett Wilson

Barrett Wilson brings over 15 years of coaching experience, including at the University of North Dakota, and the current head coach of the Dallas Stars Elite 13O team. He also holds a master's degree in sport psychology, giving him a unique edge in developing young athletes both mentally and physically. Barrett is committed to ensuring every player progresses in skill, hockey IQ, and overall development. From aligning coaching strategies to mentoring coaches, Barrett sees to elevate the experience for every Evo Elite athlete. He lives in Prosper, TX with his wife Dorothy and their two young hockey players, Kaitlyn and Ryland.

Program Administrator

Chet Hervey, a native of the Bay Area in California, has spent the last 15 years involved in administering and coaching youth hockey at every age group and level. Chet has served on the Boards of the Palouse Youth Hockey Association and Music City Marauders. He has coached teams for PYHA and MCM and has managed teams for the Cleveland Barons Tier 1 organization. He currently is a member of the board of Victory Ahead, a non-profit organization focused on the mentorship and development of young athletes and coaches. He looks forward to bringing his organizational and communication skills to Evo Elite to ensure that every player and family has a premium experience. He lives in Cleveland, OH with his wife, Kat, and teenage son, Owen.
